Office Visits
The initial office visit takes approximately one hour. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointments to allow time for registration. Please bring along all X-rays , lab reports , medication list and medical records for our review. We will also need a copy of your insurance card(s) and a photo ID.
On Site Laboratory
Dependent on your insurance carrier most lab work can be drawn in our office.
On Site Infusion Therapy
We provide infusion therapy for the treatment of arthritis and osteoporisis. |
